While we would love to be able to bring our tours to every single town in Australia, big and small, our company can only make it work if we get your support. So link us up with your local government, university or corporate for funding and we’ll make it happen!

We do accommodate those who require wheelchair accessible seating. As these seating arrangements are different for each venue, please find wheelchair seats as indicated within the seating map.

The best part of a Meet and Greet ticket is the fact that you get to meet and have a photo with the star of the show! A Meet & Greet ticket means you are a VIP! Not only do you get access to the whole show, seated in the best seats in the house. Then, post show you will be directed to an exclusive Meet and Greet area where you’ll be eating and drinking among between like minded thinkers During the Meet and Greet, you will have the opportunity to have your photo taken with the event speaker.

You will be emailed a link to a folder containing all Meet and Greet photos. If you are having trouble accessing your photo, download your photo from our Facebook page and email the photo us at info@thinkinc.org.au and we’ll send it across.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide assistance to the Director of Think Inc. in all activities and tasks for the purpose of the growth and development of the company. The ideal candidate will be a fast thinker; creative and innovative. They will understand the inner workings of social media and are able to research market trends, find key conversations and discover compelling content, as well as how to filter and present that work in a passionate way to consumers and brands. They will have brilliant attention to detail and have the best interests of the company in mind.

It is expected that the Personal Assistant to the Director will have familiarity and compatibility with popular culture and be fluent in intellectual thought and ideas. Our target audience is a youthful demographic that is both socially aware and motivated to have open and honest discussions about social issues.  

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Managing diaries and workflow, including answering phones and emails on behalf of the Director, organising internal and client meetings, domestic and international travel, managing competing priorities, assisting with task delegation to staff

– Proactively managing social media on behalf of the Director

– General administration support such as, administering and monitoring corporate card and personal expense claims, bookkeeping, minute taking, preparation of general reports, office organisation, promptly answering phones and emails etc

– Providing administrative support for business development initiatives, events and engagements

– Researching trends, talent and new creative ideas

– Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

– Ad-hoc duties – both business and personal.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

– Confidence, personal presentation and interpersonal communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels

– Outstanding organisational skills with strong attention to detail, as well as a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines

– IT literate / friendly, ideally experienced with Google GSuite, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

– Ability to take initiative, capacity to solve problems and make decisions to achieve defined objective

– A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, maturity, flexibility, discretion and judgement, and ability to maintain confidentiality

– Strong organisational skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities, work effectively in a busy and demanding environment, including high level responsiveness to fluctuating workloads

– Lead grassroots marketing outreach and research organisations that would be good collaborators for Think Inc.

– Manage leads and liaise with organisations to offer collaboration opportunities in order to promote awareness of the tours

– Support growth in ticket sales and brand awareness

– Support the Events Coordinator and team in ad-hoc duties

– Design video clips based on existing footage

– Create animation/adverts based on artwork provided

– Resizing of video clips to fit multiple platforms

– Designing unique videos for our events e.g. special titles and promo clips

– Create videos clips for social media needs

– Create marketing and advertising materials

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To work across the Think Inc.’s portfolio and produce artwork that both educates and entertains our audiences, with our unique brand of humour.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring consistent representation of the Think Inc. brand across all artwork
  • Creative development for digital and print mediums, including website, banners, eDMs, posters, flyers and merchandise
  • Conceptualising, designing and delivering creative advertising campaigns
  • Resizing and replicating artwork for various sizes and mediums
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, sponsors, printers and event venues
  • Designing for social media channels
  • Taking creative direction and working to briefs and specifications
  • Setting up press-ready artwork  

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Google Drive and Google Docs
  • Experience or willingness to learn task management using Asana
